Scope And Controller

This policy covers tamirhane.app, the Garage, Workshop, Supplier, Fleet and Admin portals, and the iOS and Android apps. The controller and its contact details appear at the end of this page. Workshops, towing providers, suppliers and insurers also have their own notices for processing carried out for their services.

Information We Process

The information processed depends on the features you use. You are not expected to provide information that is unnecessary for a feature.

• Account and contact information: name, email, phone, country/city/district, language and currency choices; organisation memberships and roles.
• Vehicles and documents: registration plate, make/model, year, mileage, VIN/chassis number, registration images and technical details; maintenance, inspection and insurance dates.
• Services and shopping: requests, appointments, work orders, orders, delivery information, uploaded invoices, reviews, favourites and support requests.
• Security and payments: sessions and activity records, IP address and basic client information; subscription transaction references and masked saved-card details where authorised. Passwords are not stored in readable form; card security codes are not retained.

Location, Camera And File Permissions

We obtain location when you use the relevant feature and grant device/browser permission, to find nearby workshops or towing providers. This version does not continuously track background location. If you decline permission, you can select a country, city and district. A location included in a service request becomes available to the providers selected for that request.

Camera, gallery and file access are initiated by you to scan vehicle registration documents or upload product images and transaction documents. You can review and correct recognised registration fields before saving. Permissions can be withdrawn in device settings; information already saved is managed separately.

Voice Input requests microphone and speech recognition permission only when you start it. Your device or browser speech service may process your voice. Tamirhane does not retain audio recordings; only text you review and submit is added to the request or assessment. Optional request photos are available to the selected workshops associated with your request.

Purposes And Sharing

We process information to manage accounts and organisation access, track vehicles, fulfil selected service requests and orders, provide notifications and support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Relevant workshops/towing providers, the order's supplier and delivery parties receive information needed for the transaction. Public business profiles and published reviews can be seen by other visitors.

The platform collects payment only for its own SaaS subscription. Service and product payments go to the relevant business. Subscription payments and separately authorised card storage/automatic renewal are handled through iyzico; we do not store full card numbers in the application. Hosting, communications and other service providers may process information within their duties. Current preliminary assessments use similar case information; recipients and purposes will be disclosed before activating transfers to an external AI or a new insurance integration.

Retention, Security And International Use

Account information is retained as needed for the service relationship; transaction, invoice, security and dispute records are retained as required by applicable legal obligations or the protection of rights. Temporary personal-data export files are available for 24 hours and expired copies are cleaned up. Information no longer needed is considered for deletion or anonymisation.

We apply access controls, organisation separation and secure session storage. No system can guarantee absolute security; do not share your password. Applicable local rights remain available to users outside Türkiye. Where a provider requires an international transfer, applicable transfer conditions and safeguards must be established separately. Visiting this page is not consent to an international transfer.

Your Rights And Choices

In Account you can manage your profile, permissions and sessions, request a personal-data copy or submit an account closure request. You can contact us using the details below to request access, correction, deletion where available, object to processing or withdraw consent for consent-based activities. Portability and restriction requests are considered where applicable. The Data Protection page explains rights under Türkiye's KVKK.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or server records. The service is not directed at children; users must have capacity to enter a contract. Material policy changes are announced through the website or app. Marketing permission, device permission, saved-card authorisation and automatic renewal are separate choices.
