Platform And Account

Tamirhane Ltd. Şti. provides a digital platform for vehicle tracking, workshop/towing discovery, service requests, automotive products and business management. Provide accurate account information, have capacity to enter a contract and be authorised to act for your organisation where relevant. Do not share your password; assign organisation access according to duties. Supplier accounts are created through platform administrator invitation and authorisation.

Services, Orders And Payments

The relevant business is responsible for the workshop/towing service scope, price, appointment, invoice and collection. The relevant supplier is the seller of marketplace products; review stock, compatibility, delivery, return and warranty information before ordering. The platform does not collect service or product prices on its own behalf. Mandatory consumer rights and the platform's statutory responsibilities remain unaffected.

The price, period and taxes for paid SaaS plans are shown before payment. Card storage and automatic renewal require separate explicit authorisation. You can turn off renewal in Account/Subscription; this does not automatically reverse a completed billing period. Cancellation, refund and plan-change requests are assessed against the transaction conditions and applicable mandatory law.

Information, Location And Visibility

Preliminary assessments and knowledge-pool suggestions are not definitive diagnoses, repair instructions or safety guarantees. For critical symptoms, stop driving and seek qualified assistance. The app is not an emergency response service. Verify registration-scan results and compatibility suggestions before acting.

Location permission is optional. Sponsored service/product results are labelled and are distinct from organic review ranking. You may review a business only where an eligible completed platform service or order gives you that right. Do not include personal information, misleading material or content infringing others' rights in reviews.

Fair Use And Ending Your Account

Unauthorised access, scraping personal information, uploading harmful content, fabricated transactions/reviews, acting without another person's permission and disrupting the system are prohibited. Violations may lead to proportionate access restrictions or account review. You retain rights in your content and authorise the display/processing needed to provide the service.

Account closure and personal-data requests can be initiated in Account or through support. Outstanding transactions, organisation administration and statutory retention are considered. Material service changes are announced. Turkish law applies subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rights and competent remedies applicable in the user's country.
