Tamirhane Ltd. Şti. is the controller for the platform account and its own services. Its address and contact channel are shown below. Information is collected electronically through web/mobile forms, documents you upload, location permissions, organisation invitations and service transactions, and through support communications. Transaction and security records are generated when the service is used.

Purposes And Legal Grounds

Each processing activity is assessed against its own purpose and conditions under Law No. 6698. Downloading the application or reading this notice is not, by itself, explicit consent.

• Account, vehicle tracking, service requests, orders and subscriptions: processing directly related to and necessary for establishing or performing a contract (Article 5/2-c).
• Invoices, statutory records and competent-authority requests: processing expressly provided by law or necessary for a legal obligation (Article 5/2-a and ç), within the relevant obligation.
• Disputes and claims: processing necessary for establishing, exercising or protecting a right (Article 5/2-e).
• Account security, access controls and abuse prevention: legitimate interests, provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Article 5/2-f).
• Separately authorised marketing, contributions to the knowledge pool and other relevant optional activities: specific explicit consent (Article 5/1). Device permission is not blanket consent to every use or disclosure.

Information And Recipients

Identity/contact, account and organisation membership, vehicle/registration, location, customer transaction, document, payment-reference and security information is processed according to the features used. Special-category personal data is not requested; redact information unnecessary for the transaction from your uploads.

Relevant workshops, towing providers, order suppliers and delivery parties may receive information to perform the service; iyzico for subscription payments; technical providers for hosting, security and communications; and competent public authorities for statutory duties. Public business information and published reviews are publicly accessible. Any international transfer must satisfy Article 9 of the Law and the applicable transfer mechanism.

Requests And Rights

Under Article 11, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, obtain information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn recipients, and request correction or deletion/destruction where the conditions apply. You may also request notification of corrections/deletions to recipients, object to adverse outcomes produced solely through automated systems, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

Proportionate identity verification may be needed; never email a password or full card details. Valid KVKK requests are answered as soon as appropriate and within 30 days; any charges permitted by law are explained separately. Statutory remedies, including an application to the Personal Data Protection Board, remain available. Other mandatory rights applicable in your jurisdiction are not excluded.
